What We Collect
When you submit the interest form on our landing page, we collect three pieces of information: your email address, your name, and your unit number. We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any other personal data during this phase of the platform.
When owner verification launches (Phase 3), you will be asked to submit a purchase contract or closing document to verify unit ownership. Those documents will be reviewed and permanently deleted — they will not be stored, archived, or shared. See the “Verify-Then-Delete” section below for details.
How Your Information Is Stored
Submissions are stored in a private CSV file hosted on Vercel Blob, a server-side storage service provided by Vercel, Inc. This file is not publicly accessible. It is accessible only to the platform operator, Eric DeMatteis. The file is not stored on your device and is not accessible via any public URL.
When you submit the form, a notification email is sent to the platform operator via Resend, an email delivery service. Resend transmits the email and does not retain a copy of your information beyond standard email delivery logs (typically 30 days).
How Your Information Is Used
Your email address, name, and unit number are used exclusively to:
- Notify you when the full platform launches
- Send platform updates relevant to Tower 1 unit owners
- Verify unit ownership when the verification feature launches
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, commercial solicitation, or any purpose unrelated to the E11even Unit Owners community platform.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or share your personal information with any third party. Specifically, your information will never be shared with:
- Property Markets Group (PMG) or any of its affiliates
- E11EVEN Partners or GR Opco LLC
- Any homeowners association or property management company
- Any advertiser, marketer, or data broker
The only third-party services that handle your data are Vercel (platform hosting and file storage) and Resend (email notification delivery), both of which are infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
Verify-Then-Delete (Phase 3)
When owner verification launches, we intend to require a purchase contract, closing disclosure, or similar document to confirm unit ownership. These documents contain significant personal and financial information (PII). Our policy from day one is:
- Documents are reviewed manually by the platform operator to confirm ownership
- Documents are permanently deleted within 5 business days of review — not archived, not retained
- Verification status (verified / not verified) is stored, not the document itself
- You will be notified when your verification is complete and your document has been deleted
This policy will be implemented in the platform's verification flow before any documents are accepted. We will not accept verification documents until this workflow is in place.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing edematteis@informedmortgage.com. We will remove your entry from all stored records within 5 business days and confirm deletion by reply email.
Cookies and Tracking
This site uses Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate page-view data. No personally identifiable information is collected by analytics. No advertising cookies are set. No cross-site tracking occurs.
